Richard Chen*
joined our firm in 2001 as a legal assistant responsible for immigration
cases.Before coming to the United States,he worked at Fujian Dazhong
Law Firm as an attorney focusing his practice on civil and business
litigation.He also acted as a legal counsel for companies such as China
Construction Bank Guping Branch and China United Telecom-
munication Corporation Fujian Branch as a legal counsel.He participated
mainly in negotitations with communication providers such as Motorola,
Siemens,NEC and Nokia regarding the import of equipment and techno-
logy.
