Wei Qun E
focuses her legal practice on corporate and immigration law. She represents
Chinese companies in the United States for their legal needs,including
setting up corporations,acquiring American companies, litigation and
commercial matters.In 2001,she represented Holley Group of Hangzhou
in its acquisition of Philips Semiconductors' CDMA opera-
tions.In March 2002,she assisted another Chinese company to acquire
the assets of an American high-tech company.She hosts a monthly radio
show on Singtao Chinese Radio Station to answer immigration questions.
Wei Qun E was admitted to Hebei University in 1977(class of 77).After graduating from Hebei University, she was assigned to work for the 54th Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry as a translator.She worked mainly on the technology transfers and technical training of International Maritime Satellite Communication (INMASAT) system and PBX.In 1986,she immigrated to the United States.
Besides practicing law,she has been actively involved in the Chinese community activities.
